Description of Design- Ground cover comprised of pea gravel, river rock, and bark, separated by wooden borders.
- Plants used: cordyline purple hybrids, heavenly bamboo, small ferns, and blue fingers.
- Wooden pavers used as stepping stones to the front porch and fire pit area.
- Modern horizontal slatted fence, designed and constructed to frame the yard.
- Stack flagstone impression retaining wall used to divide yard from raised planters.

Description of Redesign
- Complete demolition and redesign/construction of kitchen (new cabinets, new counter top)
- Complete demolition and redesign/construction of bathrooms (custom tile, new deep-soaking bathtub in guest, new shower pan in master, new vanities, new modern sinks, new designer mirrors)
- Removal of wood paneling on fireplace. Addition of large floating mantle.
- New designer paint throughout.
- Carpet replaced by environmentally-friendly, bamboo flooring.
